Who are we looking for🔎

Does building a high-performance team motivate you? Do you want to be part of a mission-driven company to increase the net worth of a generation? We’re looking for a Talent Partner to own our recruitment efforts. Working directly with our COO, your mission is to attract and retain the best talent as well as support ad hoc key People and Talent projects such as building Finimize’s employer brand proposition, progression framework, and performance management system. This could be your first or second role working in-house.

Responsibilities 💪

  • Source top candidates for our roles across all of our teams
  • Interview candidates, ensuring a flawless candidate experience
  • Help design a scalable, world-class hiring process
  • Support on key People and Talent projects
  • Track and report metrics weekly
  • Engage with the broader People and Talent community and develop our Employer Brand Proposition

Requirements ☑️

  • You know how to reach top, diverse talent through conventional and creative channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be empathetic, adaptable, and personable
  • A desire to build a best-in-class hiring process both in terms of candidate experience and hiring efficiency

Nice-to-have 🤲

  • You have experience in hiring talented technologists

Salary range: £35-40k
