Performance Marketing Lead

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Lead, with an outstanding track record, to help us scale the Finimize community. You'll work directly with the VP of Growth and our creatives team to acquire new subscribers globally.

There are a plethora of options available to retail investors for buying shares & ETFs, but what’s missing is the knowledge to invest with confidence.

We’re building the world’s largest finance community, plus a suite of educational audio and text content, all produced in-house. We aim to solve problems we know our users face when making investments.

💪 Responsibilities:

  • Own all Paid Social marketing across Globally (creative, strategy, execution, reporting, optimisation)
  • Execute towards growth KPIs and play a pivotal role in a rapidly scaling business
  • Working with your manager, determine how best to deploy the ~£M+ acquisition budget to scale new customer acquisition and optimise our CPAs
  • Work with product, engineering, and community teams to suggest new experiments and optimisations to improve acquisition funnels and activation
  • Partner with the in-house  and external creative teams to craft high performing and consistent creatives
  • Build and maintain structured and scalable reporting
  • Ambitiously test and trail new acquisition channels and tactics, reporting back to key stakeholders of successes and learnings (good or bad!)

Some things we consider critical to being our Performance Marketing Lead:

  • At least 3 years experience in Paid Social marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter)
  • Experience with other channels is a plus (SEO, CRM, Affiliates, Display, Search, CRO)
  • Demonstrated highly creative or even unorthodox ways of communicating the brand
  • Obsessed with driving growth performance and ROI
  • Strong understanding of retention and its inputs
  • Extremely data driven and high attention to detail (GA/Mixpanel proficiency required)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with strong ability to execute
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns in-house is a plus
  • Previous high-growth startup or subscription business exposure is a big plus
