Head of Marketing Operations, B2B

We are looking for an experienced marketing leader with a proven track record of executing a solid B2B centric demand-generation (lead) engine. You’ll be working directly with our VP Business Development.

Location: North America, Canada or Europe. · Full-time

🎯 Goals

  • Create a demand generation (lead) engine to increase the influx of inbound leads
  • Ensure lead quality and support the success and goals of our sales team
  • Establish a strategy to successfully nurture existing client-relationships 
  • Build and grow a marketing team to scale the company’s B2B marketing initiatives

💪 Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute the company’s B2B inbound marketing strategy
  • Establish proof of concept and hire a team to scale your initiatives

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Create and execute a monthly Partner Newsletter
  • Define our overall Comms Strategy utilising e.g. community data, insights, content, and execute across all Finimize channels (newsletter, website, social media, webinar, and physical events)
  • Own Finimize’s social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter) and utilise them as part of your Comms Strategy
  • Define and execute our B2B content strategy (with the support of our in-house content team) to support lead nurturing campaigns 
  • Activate, run and report on paid social campaigns 
  • Develop backlink strategy and affiliate partnerships
  • Develop and execute promotions for the Partners team within the finimize platforms (newsletter, events, and content) 
  • Ensure quality of promotional material for the Sales Team 
  • Track, analyse, and report on marketing team efforts and  performance

  • Specializes in B2B marketing
  • Ability to execute marketing initiatives cross-channel
  • Wants to grow a team and is able to communicate effectively internally, crossteams, and externally to get the job done!
