You’ll work directly with the Global Community Manager to expand the Finimize offline community through managing a volunteer team of hosts around the world and organising flagship Finimize events in London.
Last year the Finimize Community held over 100 events in 30 countries with 10,000 people attending. Your primary areas of responsibility will be expanding the quantity and quality of events held under the Finimize brand. Recruiting and managing volunteers to host Finimize events in their own countries whilst assisting with ticket sales, marketing strategy and co-ordinating speakers/venues/sponsors.
You will be responsible for reporting data and trends on event attendees and providing feedback to the community hosts as well as coming up with creative campaigns to recruit new hosts and increase attendance. The role will also require you to be creative in coming up with new themes for large and small community events that inspire, inform and engage the Finimize audience.
You will be joining with the existing Finimize Community team and make an integral contribution on our journey to build the world’s largest and most engaged finance community.
