Creatives Manager (Freelance/Part-time)

We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our external messaging across all platforms, including paid ads and our own social media platforms.

London · Full-time

You will report directly to the Growth Lead and work closely with the performance marketing manager. You will also work alongside those in brand roles, to help deliver the brand message and feedback on how we are perceived.

You’ll spend your time coming up with ideas, choosing the ones with the most potential, designing graphics, writing tweets, making TikToks – and posting them. This is for you if you know all the social media channels back-to-front, you’re already creating awesome content and you love thinking up and executing on ideas on the same day.

💪 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create content for our social media pages to increase user engagement
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing manager on paid social advertising, influencer outreach, and other paid media channels – updating them on what’s working well on organic, so they can run more engaging, efficient ads.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with influencers, brands and partners to create innovative content
  • Create and take the lead on a social media strategy aligned with learnings derived from the performance marketing manager, and brand focus as a whole
  • Create own creative visuals and work with influencers to get visuals, across paid ads and social media

    • Excellent writing skills along with the ability and creativity to craft compelling copy
    • Experience in creating graphics using tools such as canva, adobe, figma, etc.
    • Experience in creating social media content and building brand awareness
    • Experience in writing copy for ads

Bonus points if

  • You have successfully grown and operated a social media strategy in a startup, at the earliest stage of the strategy (Evidence of social media and prior experience is key)
  • You can work to a specific tone of voice with brand-led strategic messaging
  • You have a keen interest in finance and investing
