Community Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to engage and empower a large consumer facing community. In this role, you’ll manage the day to day operations of our community.

We’re looking for someone excited by optimizing our current processes in order to continue to scale the community.

This will include creating guidelines & documentation for members to follow, organizing high-value events and building strong member to member relationships.

💪 Responsibilities:

Responsibilities 

  • Optimise current processes to engage the Finimize Premium Community. 
  • Ensure rules and values are clearly communicated to all members
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with the community including onboarding, moderation and scheduling daily content to share with our members.
  • Maintain existing community platforms to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Organise and run live events, workshops and group sessions (virtual and in-person)

Some things we consider critical to being our Community Operations Manager:

Required Experience 

  • Exceptional communication skills, adept and listening and gathering insights from conversations
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant role

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with a paid subscription community
  • Experience in a high-growth start-up
  • Experience with launching new community platforms
  • Experience working within a finance, investing or crypto organizations

Salary range: £24-28,000 p/a + benefits
