What content can I access if I don’t pay for a subscription?

If you download the Finimize app, youâll also be able to listen to the Daily Brief, as well as read a few introductory Packs. Youâll need to become a Finimize Premium member to get at more of the good stuff, mind youâŚ
Do I need to pay for a monthly/yearly subscription to try out some of the features?
Nope, you can explore everything Premium has to offer with a seven-day free trial to help you make your mind up â¨
And if itâs not for you, no hard feelings: you can cancel your trial up to 24 hours before it expires. After this, itâll automatically roll into a Premium subscription.

How much do the subscriptions cost?
It depends where in the world you are đ
A yearly subscription costs ÂŁ59.99 in the UK, $79.99 in the US, or the equivalent of ÂŁ59.99 in your local currency.
A monthly subscription costs ÂŁ8.99 in the UK, $11.99 in the US, or the equivalent of ÂŁ8.99 in your local currency.
Student Subscriptions
If youâre a student, just drop us an email at help@finimize.com with a copy of a valid Student ID and weâll send you a promo code to make life a bit easier đ
Manage my Subscription & Cancellations
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your Finimize subscription whenever you like, and youâll continue to have access to all the perks of your Premium Membership until your subscription expires.
1. Open the Finimize app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the âTodayâ screen
2. Scroll down and select âManage subscriptionâ
3. Just follow the instructions to cancel your subscription
Alternatively, if you paid for your subscription through the Apple Store, Google Play, or directly through the Finimize website, you can cancel using the links below.

How can I check when my subscription is about to expire and/or what my current payment plan is?
1. Open the Finimize app and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the âTodayâ screen.
2. Scroll down and select âManage subscriptionâ
3. Here youâll be able to see everything you need to know about your subscription
You can also check your subscription on the Finimize website.
Can I switch the email associated with my subscription?
Yep, just drop us an email at help@finimize.com from the email your current subscription is attached to with the following phrase:
đ âIâd like to move my Premium membership from this email address to [new email address]â
Youâll get a confirmation that your requestâs been received, and youâll be able to log in using your new email address a day or two later đ If you canât, just reply to the confirmation email and weâll get right on it.
Iâd like my account to be deleted â can you help?
Absolutely, just drop us an email at help@finimize.com and weâll sort it for you.
Technical Issues
Iâve paid for a Premium subscription â why canât I see my Premium features?
There could be a couple of reasons for that.
The first thing to check is that youâre using the right email address. Thatâs the one that you used to sign up in the first place. If you signed up through the Apple tab instead of manually entering an email address all you need to do is press âLog in with Appleâ and youâll be good to go đ
If you are using the right email address, youâll want to check to see you have the most up-to-date version of the Finimize app. If you go to your App store youâll see if there is an update to be installed. Just press on âUpdateâ and the latest version will begin installing.
If this still doesnât work and you bought your membership through the Apple Store or Google Play store, you can always restore your purchase. Simply go to âSettingsâ in the Finimize app, and scroll down until you find the âRestore Purchaseâ tab. This should update things on our end, and refresh the app on yours.

Refunds
If you think youâre eligible for a refund, just drop us an email at help@finimize.com. Weâll let you know if youâre eligible, and if you are, weâll cancel your subscription and credit a refund to your account within 5-10 business days. Thatâll mean you’ll lose access to your Premium content.Â
Whatâs the refund policy for trials?
When you sign up to a trial with us, youâre agreeing that it needs to be cancelled up to 24 hours before itâs due to expire â otherwise, itâll run into a yearly subscription.
If you bought your membership through the Apple Store or Google Play, itâs in their hands: we donât have any control over their processing of refunds or cancellations. If you want to know more about how to request refunds from those guys, check out the links below:

Can I get a refund if I accidentally paid for a renewed subscription?
Sure, as long as youâve not accessed any Premium content and not more than 2 weeks has passed since the renewal. In that case, we can refund you in full to your account. Just bear in mind that if the membership was purchased using Google Play or the Apple Store, we have no control over their refunds and canât guarantee a refund will be processed.
